This master’s paper examined the role of cross-cultural cultural center in multicultural and diverse cultural interests of the urban population. The aim - to justify the theory of multicultural and intercultural education in society, to explore how cultural center represents the interests of the different cultural groups in a multicultural, cross-cultural ways created cityscape. Master's thesis on the basis of scientific literature analysis of multicultural and intercultural education the importance of intercultural dialogue in multicultural significance of cultural organizations and non-formal educational activities promoting intercultural cooperation. The study carried out semi-structured interviews and analyzed monitoring the presence of intercultural cultural center role in the multicultural city, different cultural interest groups and cultural needs of the cultural center of events to different cultural interest groups. The obtained results revealed that the cultural center run in basic activity is ethnicity fostering ethnic and cultural dissemination. Intercultural Cultural Center in the multicultural city is poor. Cultural organization does not take into account developments in the city's population composition and different cultural interest groups. Cross-cultural relations with other developed countries, does not seek cooperation with the city, the Russian community events observed poor foreigners participation for appropriate opportunities to actively engage in cultural activities, exclusion. |
