Abstract [eng] The park‘s service evaluators are learners, and in accordance with the quality of education regularities can be said that actualises mutually beneficial and successful parks programs outlet one of the most important quality factors, indicators or variables - learners needs clarification. Learners are very different according social status, age, culture, etc., It is likely that demand environmental education programs (content, a variety of activities, techniques, methods, etc.) are different. Therefore, students (in particular - young people) as environmental education programs participants and their knowledge of the needs of the park‘s environmental education analysis programs becomes a relevant factor for the park and environmental education quality programs, they need to pay heed to the development and implementation of programs of environmental education. The concept of quality over conventional thing, so it largely depends on the process involved on both sides (of the park and students (youth)) common understanding of the quality programs, which are also important to identify and agree on a definition. This master's thesis research problem - can manage quality of programs exploring learners (youth) needs and how it could be done?
