Abstract [eng] Relevance of the research. Rapid evolution of the exchange and educational organizations. Quality education institutions management is a successful organisation. Educational facilities management centre is the guide, which must be able to cope with the change, the development objectives, strategies and direct team. Pre-school establishments supervisor is responsible for good team relationships, communication compliance is also responsible for constantly community information, educational and nepedagoginio staff in continuing vocational advancement and refresher training. Clearly the educators in-service training of must and pre-school office manager ability to organise development process. The supervisor shall be capable of promoting and motivate his employees develop(s), endeavour to disclose his pedagogical potential, in other words, affect subordinates, in particular, pedagogams and encourage them to develop. The object of the research - pre-school establishments management position. The hypothesis of the research - it is likely that educators motivation to improve professional qualifications depends on pre-school establishments management positions. The aim of the research - examine pre-school establishments managers position educators in the context of the professional qualifications of improvement. The methodology of the research. The study was performed using the theoretical and empirical research methods: analysed scientific literature, created the methodology for educational institutions managers position to encourage the development of educators professional qualifications. Survey carried out radviliskio and kedainiu urban pre-school establishments. Study 201 respondents: 12 pre-school establishments managers and 189 educators. The results showed that monitoring education institutions managers management style harmonisation, the position has a positive impact on the development of educators professional qualifications.
