The Master’s Thesis focuses on the opportunities and conditions of the pre-school education institutions pedagogues’ learning. In the theoretical part the specificity of the pre-school education pedagogues’ activity and learning as a continuous aspect of the qualification improvement are described. The features of the pre-school education institution as a learning organization, the expression of pedagogues’ learning motives and interferences, as well the learning forms and technologies are analysed. The empirical part describes the methodology, scope characteristics and, of course, the results. The personal attitude of the pre-school institution pedagogues and the prevailing attitude in the organization about learning, learning needs and opportunities are investigated. |
