Abstract [eng] The theoretical insights into the problem analysed allows us to assert that the scientific research on the attitude of the sportsmen, sportswomen, administration employees, coaches and sports referees towards the cheating problem in sports, on the prevalence of the problem and its ways of expression is insufficient. This fact made the problem of our research very relevant and encouraged to dwell upon the question and to analyse the problem of cheating further and especially to focus on and to study the possibilities of its prevention. The main task of the designed educational system was to create the sports environment resistant to cheating, make a positive impact on the andūra inių attitude of the students going in for sports and encourage their value expression. The creation of the system resistant to the student cheating in sports hopefully will encourage searching for the efficient educational methods which in their turn will help our University to prepare honest, good reputation and competent physical education and sports teachers. The object of the research was the designed educational system encouraging student resistance to cheating in sports. The hypothesis of the research was: a andūra attitude is strictly expressed towards the phenomenon of cheating in sport in academic community‘s, so the designed educational system encouraging student resistance to cheating in sports was a measure positively affecting the andūra inių attitude and culture of the students going in for sports and their value expression. The aim of the research was to examine the attitude of the students towards the prevalence of the cheating problem in sports and to foresee the possibilities to design an educational system resistant to this phenomenon. The results of the qualitative research were analysed with the help of the content andūra in order to understand, characterize and describe the essence of the cheating problem in sports. The research was based on the following concepts: Values Pedagogical Theory (Šalkauskis, 1992; Vasiliauskas, 2005); Humanistic Pedagogy and Theory of Psychology (Rogers, 1969; Maslow, 2006; Lepeškienė, 1996, 1999); Theory of the Olympic Culture (Olympic Charter, 2006); and Social Cognitive Theory ( andūra, 1997, 2000; Bitinas, 2004). The results of the research allowed us to analyse the phenomenon of cheating in sports, to look for the efficient educational methods and possibilities to andūra cheating when preparing the future physical education and sports teachers. On the basis of the content of the model of theoretical resistance to cheating and the qualitative research results the hypothetical model of the educational system was designed. The basis of this model was the Olympic values. When constructing the hypothetical model of resistance to cheating we turned to the Olympic education components having the main aim to spread the Olympic ideas and sports values, to encourage honesty and reputation not only in sports but in the life in general.
