Abstract [eng] For each country, not the exception and Lithuania, the future depends on increasing the country‘s youth. Youth‘s education quality measured by acquired knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in educational process. The main task of edcational institutions is to equip individuals with skills that lets to actively participate in the sočiety. However, the school is not always able to provide the same educational opportunities for all the children, because there is children with different experiences. Some children that attend school is from the families, that are in the social risk. Those children can get help in child day care centers. Child day care centers funkctions as a measures system component that includes system of child rights and legitimate interests, safety of society needs, childs socialization, education and social, psichological, pedagogical, informatikon or other assistance (Masiliauskienė, Griškutė, 2010). The research data is significant, because nationwide, the number social risk children is disproportianate large, and that population of children is more vulnerable. Public authorities should raise interest in children's day care centers, because that could be a much bigger incentive for children education process. Legal regulations, control and countrys attention is very important, but there is areas that do no receive the countrys concern. Child day care centers that are in Lithuania, do not have solid ideas, have poor level of cooperation. Only recently drawn attention to day care centers qualifications of the staff, started to look for innovations enabling the full development of children. The question - what functions are performed by employees of day care centers, in order to enhance children's education quality? The object of the research becomes the activity of day care center employees. The aim of purpose is to reveal the activity of day care center employees that ensures children‘s quality education. In order to reveal the purpose of the work, the scientific literature, documents and qualitative data analysis where performed. The data of the research is collected by the method of interview. In the work progress a case study strategy is applied. The peculiarity of a case study strategy is that research includes one object, the research case – activity in the institution. The results of the research showed, that children who attend day care centers, have good signs of improvement. The activity of day care centers is based on the aspiration to do everything, to get better integration into society, including social skills, education, self expression. Day care centers analysis of documents showed that the legal framework does not specify the children's day care center activities.
