Abstract [eng] The analysis of the theoretical concepts of ergonomics and ergonomic principles apply in any physical activity've theoretical analysis. The hypothesis that the principles of ergonomics training and applied physical activity reduces the feeling of physical pain after a beautician job. The first stage of the investigation carried out during the survey. Questionnaire survey method was conducted study to find out beauticians informativeness of ergonomic working conditions, risk factors, health problems and physical exercises applied in professional activities. The statistical analysis of the data (analyzed statistically reliable connections, averages). In the second study during the experiment. Made up of two groups- control and experimental. Before and after the study analyzes the physical pain after a beautician job. Done well as statistical data analysis (analysis of statistically significant relationships and averages). The empirical part deals with the ergonomic working conditions and ergonomics principles and their interface with health beauticians. The main conclusions of the research: 1. Most beauticians know what are the possible risks at work and ergonomic principles, but only in part. 2. The study found that beauticians working environment has a statistically reliable communication with their health. 3. It was found that the conduct of ergonomics training and taiknat physical activity can minimize physical pain. Beto has proved the hypothesis that the principles of ergonomics training and physical activity reduces application beauticians physical pain of their professional activities.
