Abstract [eng] This is the Master work of Lithuanian and Irish pupils approach to a healthy lifestyle comparative analysis. The paper aims to examine and compare the two countries on the basis of school-age, living conditions as recently more and more emphasis on juvenile health various chronic non-infectious diseases, age, lifestyle features caused by health status, health damaging behaviors (Grinienė, 2006, Stukas, 2009, etc.). . A Questionnaire survey method was used with 170 respondents (85 respondents in Ireland and 85 - in Lithuania). The selected school age - 11 - 17 years. Then the statistical analysis of the data. The Practical part deals with the students of the two countries including hobbies, daily living habits, opinions about healthy lifestyles and its importance. The hypothesis that Lithuanian young people assess their health better, often advocating healthy lifestyles than the youth of Ireland, which has proven - many more Irish students responded that their health rated poorly or very poorly. The questionnaire concluded that health problems are much more likely in Irish students. Also addictions and shorter sleep duration of more than a typical Lithuanian students. Other important practical findings: 1. On an evaluation of 11-17 year old's I have found headaches, back pains, general weakness, cold, oppressive mood. With the recent problems in everyday activities much more likely to face the Irish students. 2. Basic 11-17 year old pupils health risk factors should be considered daily routine and mental hygiene work of non-compliance (inadequate sleep, harmful habits, insufficient physical activity, too much stress). 3. The survey reveals respondents' lack of activity in the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, knowledge about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, the prevalence of other countries, the schools, the shortfall.
