| Abstract [eng] |
The master thesis covers the following theoretical issues on earnings: the analysis of the main functions of earnings; the contents of the definition of earnings; the structure of earnings; the systematized factors that have impact on the amount of earnings; and the discussion on the main factors of differentiation of earnings. In the analytical research part of the paper, the system of earnings functioning at the Limited Liability Company is analyzed and the defects thereof are identified. In addition, the feasibility analysis of the improvement of the UAB “Vilkikas” earnings system has been performed where of the basis comprise the assessment of responsibilities and calculation of earnings in accordance with the Methodology of the Assessment of Jobs and Responsibilities. |
