Abstract [eng] In this master thesis analyse the approach to socio-educational activities professional personality phenomenon. Formulated scientific problem involves interdisciplinary thinking, merging into a single tune philosophical, psychological, educational concepts. It contains the values of harmonious and mature personality of the new scientific concept of holistic context, highlighting the socio-educational activities of professional quality of life and personal maturity and self-harmony critical importance of aggressive behavior by the customer in the process of socio-educational practice. The study object. Socio-educational activities specialists self-harmony and development potential of its practical application. The subject of research. Socio-educational activities specialists self-harmony and the practical application possibilities in the process of controlling the aggressive behaviour in socio-educational practice. The aim - to analyze the activity of socio-educational specialists self-harmony potential development and practical application possibilities. Objectives: 1. For the purposes of secondary sources and the theoretical analysis of the concept through self-harmony, reveal conflict situations with customers behave aggressively managing potential socio-educational activities in the process. 2. For the purposes of descriptive quantitative study reveal a subjective concept of socio-educational activities professionals about the aggressive behavior of socio-educational practices, and to establish a link between socio-educational activities specialists self-harmony and the in the process of controlling the aggressive behaviour in socio-educational practice. 3. The concept of self-harmony provide socio-educational activities of educational specialists in self-harmony and capacity-building opportunities for the development of socio-educational project. Type of study - descriptive quantitative study. Questionnaire survey included 205 respondents (socio-educational activities professionals) selected at random from them - 114 social pedagogues and 91 social workers. The study was conducted in November 2014 - February 2015. The main conclusions of the research: The survey results revealed that the ability to control the prevailing conflict situation with the customer is very dependent on the socioeducational activities of professional level of internal coherence. Exploring psychological conflict situations avoidance criteria shows that most professionals avoid conflict situations in the lower socio-educational activities specialist internal consistency levels. Socio-educational activities professionals often fail to properly manage conflict situations, when faced with an aggressive customer behavior precisely because of the lack of high internal consistency.
