Abstract [eng] The labor activity is a factor, when a human can feel not only financial comfort and emotional satisfaction. It is quite difficult for disable people to integrate into labor activity. Hypothetical educational model could be as a ground to improve vocational rehabilitation system for disability and to accomplish integration of the disabled to the labor market. Nowadays, there is noticed a lack of methodic into the disabled rehabilitation system. Nevertheless, the stuff is training abroad experience, the service is not standardized; there is not methodic how to afford the service to the disabled. The same methodic of service in organizations could guarantee the quality of service. The aim of the master paper - to reveal the assumption of success in vocational rehabilitation process and to create a hypothetical educational model, through theoretical analysis and empirical research methods. The tasks: 1. To analyze the vocational rehabilitation process of the theoretical aspects and highlight trends. 2. To analyze subjects after vocational rehabilitation psychosocial and professional situations by using a semi- standardized interviews, non-standardized monitoring and content analysis according to Strauss and Corbin justification for the theory of methods. 3. To find out the attitude of disabled to vocational rehabilitation by using a semi- standardized and non-standardized interview survey methods. 4. To distinguish the assumption of success in vocational rehabilitation process in point of view of customers by using the content analysis according to Strauss and Corbin justification for the theory test processing method. 5. To ascertain the assumption of success in vocational rehabilitation process in terms of staff by using ethnographic research method by Charles. 6. To create a hypothetical educational vocational rehabilitation model by simulation the test data. The object of the paper - the assumption of success in vocational rehabilitation process. The research sample - 10 customers of vocational rehabilitation system, 5 vocational teachers and 3 of administrative staff, who work directly with the disabled. The research methods - theoretical analysis, semi- standardized interviews, ethnographic research by Charles and standardized monitoring. By processing the data, there was used the content analysis according to Strauss and Corbin justification for the theory. In order, to summarize the thesis of scientific studies and the research results, there was used experience of Baranauskiene and Juodraitis ( 2008). According to the experience of scientists and the research results, there was created educational vocational rehabilitation hypothetical model. The model is dominated by interaction between the practice, environment, structure, evolution and the main vocational rehabilitation aim. The environment is understood there, as a variety of approaches to persons with disabilities and vocational rehabilitation service. There are all factors in the structure, which are involved in professional rehabilitation of the disabled (employers, the disabled, the stuff in the vocational rehabilitation service, society). There is suggested to distinguish the permanent psychosocial support, coordination, vocational rehabilitation services in created model. There could be deeper educated professional skills. There is also proposed the process of the program and this is understood as the succession of the service - increasing employment and / or establishment of working places and evaluation of the results. The thesis consists of a summary in Lithuanian, introduction, two chapters, conclusions and project, references (57 sources), a summary in English and appendixes.
