The analysis covers the theoretical behavioral and emotional disorders with pupils' social skills and their insight into the analysis. Hypothesis: it is likely that social skills training program has a positive impact on behavioral and emotional problems of students with social skills. Educational experiment and questionnaire survey method research was conducted with the objective - to analyze the social skills development in the educational process while developing pupils with emotional and behavioral problems. To reveal the changes the survey data averages have been evaluated, and two dependent samples (before and after the experiment) have been compared using paired t test. 67 pupils with behavioral and emotions problems, including 10 students participating in the educational experiment, took part in the initial survey. After the formative experiment 10 experimental and 10 control group students participated in confirmatory questionnaire survey. The empirical part deals with behaviorally and emotionally disordered pupils’ social skills before and after the experiment and the educational impact of the program on social skills changes. The main empirical research conclusions: • The results of the research showed that children with emotional and behavioral problems have weak social skills (especially participating and emotional skills). Based on the initial survey results, it is considered appropriate to carry out educational program for educating the pupils' social skills. • The training program had a positive impact on children with emotional and behavioral problems. Comparison of the results of the control group and the experimental group revealed that the social skills program used in the experiment had positive changes in communication participation, emotional, social cognition skills expression. • Proved hypothesis that social skills training program has a positive impact on behavioural and emotional problems of students with social skills was confirmed. |
