This Master‘s degree paper analysis sheet metal parts according to statistical control method. In this paper are analysed the main reasons, processes, which leads to the continuously defects quantities. In this paper are also analysed if in the company was statistical process control, were made different measures, during which was analysing more effective production processes for sheet metal parts production. Master‘s paper consists of three parts. In the first part, according to Lithuanian and foreign authors, revealed the theoretical aspect of statistical process control, an overview the main principles of method, statistical data presentation possibilities and techniques, and also revealed quality control system realization. More over, revealed the theoretical aspect of quality conception and an overview the main aspects of quality management. In the empirical part of the paper a variety of statistical methods were used to identify variety of measurements which can lead to the statistical process control, identify problematical processes and provide opportunity to accept the corrective and preventive actions to avoid defects. Also was revealed the necessity to choose highest quality incoming raw material supplier for the product quality, and were made sheet metal parts spoilage analysis. In the third part of the paper were made recommendations after all the measures and analysis are made. |
