Abstract [eng] |
A rotary mill is a often used machine which operates for ten hours almost every day. A shift is nine hours (including lunch time). So the mill exceeds the shift time limit. For that reason a constant heating process for the mill is required so that the mass inside it would not stiffen up. When the rotary mill finishes the milling operation there is no one to empty it. This is very inconvenient. That’s why the operation time of the mill has to be lowered. Also the productivity index needs to be increased and operation costs lowered. The steel (1,4301) balls get the biggest load when preparing the edible filler. Another important parameter for the rotary milling machine productivity index is its spinning speed. The main purpose for this thesis is to optimize these two parameters by lowering the operation time and increasing the productivity index of the rotary milling machine. |
