In this paper, the sum of the special Epstein zeta functions Z(s,\alpha), associated with a quadratic form m^2+\alpha^2n^2, was investigated. By using Gonek's method, we prove that the sum of Z(s,\alpha) functions, over the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function, for parameter T sufficiently large, is O(T\log^3 T). |
