The Master's aim - to explore the science internationalization development of Siauliai University, by distinguishing strengths and problematic aspects and provide potential areas of improvement. The paper consists of three main parts – conceptual, methodological and investigative. The conceptual part of this paper discloses the institutions of higher education management aspects in the context of public management theories, discloses the conception of science internationality and presents the science internationality situation of Lithuania. Methodological part of the paper presents the strategy of empirical research, also presents methods of pilot quantitative and qualitative research. According to a pilot survey results, accomplished a semi-structured interview with representatives of Siauliai University in order to identify the main problems restricting the development of science internationalisation and submit suggestions for science internationality development. The interpretation of the results was based on content analysis and descriptive statistical methods. |
