This work is dedicated to Scientific literature analysis to reduce youth unemployment, an overview of the labor market, youth employment and unemployment concept, youth unemployment determinants and the causes and consequences, the evaluation of state costs designed for reduction of youth unemployment. According scientific work „Efficiency study of active labor market policy measures“ in this study I have presented the methodology and concept in state costs to reduce youth unemployment in Šiauliai County analizing active labor market measures in 2012 – 2015, assessing the cost-effectiveness of dynamics and structure and calculation of income and cost comparison basis. The data analysis are obtained, analyzed and systematized by comparison, systematization and classification methods. The third part of the work is being provided perspective to reduce youth unemployment in Šiauliai apskritis analizing active labor market measures. As the final result there are formulated the detailed conclusions and recommendations to reduce youth unemployment Šiauliai County. |
