Abstract [eng] Lithuanian and foreign scientists have established a positive physical activity and sports aspects of the quality of life of people with disabilities, but there is a lack of comparable athletes and non-athletes with disabilities the quality of life research, especially people with disabilities, health determinants of quality of life issues are not adequately known. Therefore, this study aims to find out how people with disabilities assess their quality of life and what the differences are striking.The study revealed that the personal quality of life for people with disabilities tend to Verin average or satisfactory. One of the essential components of quality of life in the physical well-being of very significant quality of life of people with disabilities. The investigation revealed that the decrease in physical activity negatively affects the quality of life of people with disabilities. Disabled people engaged in sports activities to better assess their personal quality of life than non-athletes.
