Abstract [eng] |
In order to observe flight safety requirements in aviation, several non-destructive test methods are being created and used for defect decetion. During maintenance task, even several non-destructive test methods are being used to reduce propability of disaster to the minimum. Nowadays in the whole world, NDT has to meet the high requirements. Among the all NDT methods, significant place takes eddy current method. This method allows ability to recognize surface defect accurately, high-speed control and ability to discover the defect without a direct contact with the test object. The objective of this work is to improve accuracy of defects detection and their assessment, using eddy current instrument “Phasec 2D”. In this work were being analyzed eddy current probe adaptation to aviation parts incpection. Performed investigation with C-27J “Spartan” wheel hubs. Carried out research using eddy current surface probe. Created profiled probe according to special wheel bead seat profile. In the end of the work showed faster defect inspection method, using eddy current WheelScan system. |
