| Abstract [eng] | In the master thesis we obtain the asymptotics for the fourth power moment of the periodic zeta-function ξλ(s) with rational and irrational parameter λ. The main result of the thesis is following: Let λ, 0 < λ < 1, be irrational number and ½<σ<1, or let λ, 0 < λ < 1, be rational number and ¾ <σ<1, then for the function ξλ(s). |
