In the final master task is analyzed the learning from experience and ways of improvement in X educational organization. Pedagogues and leaders must communicate and work together in organization while learning from their experience and environment, also they must improve themselves, adopt knowledge, realize strategy of organization. So, from this context the problem questions are announced: what is the expression of pedagogues and leaders in learning from experience in X organization, are there any opportunities to learn from experience? How learning from experience could be improved? What are the challenges in learning? The given questions present the problem of the task: process of improvement of the learning from experience in educational organization. The object of research - process of improvement of the learning from experience among pedagogues and leaders in X gymnasium. The aim of research: make an analyze in process of improvement of the learning from experience among pedagogues and leaders in X gymnasium. Analysing scientific literature reference points of culture, features and expression of studying educational organization are described. The importance of the learning from experience is expressed, the way of learning from experience - watching lessons is presented. One of the most important documents „Conception of good school 2015“, on which was based the research of aspiration of gymnasium as the learning organization, was analyzed. The empiric research was done making a questionnaire for pedagogues and leaders from Panevėžys region X gymnasium. The results of research showed that the improvement of pedagogues and leaders in Panevėžys region X gymnasium is going on constantly. Learning from experience is valuated positive and is clear. Improving the process of the learning from experience, the innovations are searched, the work is organized in qualitative way. The information of research showed that process of learning from experience also causes psychological and emotional problems, e.g. worry, fear, stress. Learning from experience is based on confidence, frankness, collaboration and responsibility. Pedagogues and leaders take part in process of improvement. They say that the system of organising the improvement is working well in their organization. They are open to innovations and challenges and they are ready to deal with experience and improve themselves. |
