In pursuance of the development of professional activity, the topic on cooperation of pre-school institution‘s pedagogues is essentially true for pedagogues as these specialists constantly face the various challenges in the education process, communication with colleagues, learners or one‘s parents. Their job is to overcome the difficulties in the development process and to focus efficiently on solving it, in pursuance of qualified education oriented on a child. The research problem is concretisized by the following questions: What kind of importance the pedagogues and heads of pre-school institutions provide to the communication of pedagogues as the development factor of their performance quality? What are the forms of cooperation between pre-school institution‘s pedagogues? Which forms of pedagogue communication have more influence on specific components of pedagogue quality performance (development of pedagogues‘ competences, organization of education process, creation of education environment)? The research object is the cooperation of pre-school institution‘s pedagogues. The aim of the research is to define theoretically and practically the importance of cooperation of pre-school institution‘s pedagogues on the development of their quality performance. Research methodology and methods. The research is based on the humanistic philosophy, systematic concept of educational institution and quality, conceptual provisions of general quality and quality management. Theoretical, empyrical, statistical research methods are used in the work. The study was conducted at Šiauliai city pre-school education institutions. The pedagogues working in the institutions were selected using the convenient selection method. 134 pre-school education pedagogues participated in the research. The research showed that pedagogues associate the quality of education mostly with the realization of education programs oriented into children’s needs in the activity. They are evaluating the cooperation quality at their pre-school education institution as sufficient. The effectiveness of cooperation is mostly influenced by the larger information dissemination among the education process attendants. The cooperation helps to develop the competencies of communication and cooperation. The pedagogues understand the team work as the common interests and actions, balanced distribution of roles that help while organizing joint institution’s events, activities, solving the problems. The effectiveness of team work would be influenced mostly by practical activities in teams and the promotion of team members for the successfully carried out work. Frequently used cooperation forms are related to the organization of events, project activities, activities in target groups, information dissemination. In pursuance of qualified education, the pedagogues cooperate mostly with the colleagues from their institution and by including the learners’ parents into the education process. |
