Abstract [eng] Research relevance. Church's catechetical centers in Lithuania contributes significant with the spiritual, moral, civic, bright with reference values, fosters openness and dialogue teacher's personality, caring teachers perfection in a lifelong learning approach. Short program of religious education experience can be creatively used today in the new circumstances improving educational organization performance and personal development in it, learn from the lessons of the past, to provide scientific advice to improve management activities. The research job aims to define the organization's culture and organization behavior management theories as a basis for Catechetical Centres theoretical modeling. Research object - The Catholic Church's Catechetical Centres activities management model. Research aim - to investigate Lithuanian Catechetical Centres activities management characteristics and provide guidelines for activities model optimization. Research methods: theoretical (scientific literature analysis, document analysis), empirical (quantitative research, qualitative research (content analysis)). Research methodology. Carried out documents, which regulates religious education in schools, content analysis, statistical analysis of religious teachers data. Was developed and the quantitative questionnaire version to identify the Catholic Church's Catechetical Centres management optimization model The study questionnaire are set. The aim is to reveal the principles of organization management through: organization culture, education and training outcomes, the grant aid / acquisition and strategic management. Research sample: Siauliai city and district religion teachers (30), Lithuania diocesan Catechetical centers staff (10). Research sample - random. The work consists of three parts with sub-themes. The first part of the work is theoretical analysis of the documents. The second part of work intended to empirical research. Discusses research methods and organization, conducted the analysis of documents and religion teacher analysis, quantitative research results in separated layers of management, their significance and applicability of the organization. The last part of the work intented to design Church's Catechetical Centres activities optimization model guidelines. Used six tables and 22 figures in the work.
