Abstract [eng] In order to successfully find and examine the child's emotional safety factor, the exchange of teachers pre-school institution, it is important to determine not only the child's emotional security aspect, but also parents and teachers to find out the opinion of the spread in order to improve the child's emotional security in preschools. It is important to pay attention to the situation in preschool education (learning) institutions, exchange of teachers in the group when a child goes to nursery from an early age group. To find out the views of parents and professional educators to change the child's emotional security in preschools. In order to realize their goals and work tasks, use the following methods: Theory: Analysis of documentary sources, systematization, generelization, empyrical: Experts' and parents' questionnaire and content analysis The study showed that children's emotional security depends on the preschool teacher's personality and expertise. Teacher change is important for further development of the child's personality development. A teacher working with children of different age groups have a greater opportunity to excel in their job specialization. The study results showed that the child is able to adapt to the new teacher, but more often a child attached to the teacher and the release is not always pleasant. Teacher change and the child's family is to feel the emotions as well as change, talking into account the child's emotional well-being.
