The strategy of preschool is proved and moulded in master thesis; the analysis of external factors is performed, in accordance with methodology of internal audit, the analysis of internal factors and SWOT is performed, the strategic goals objectives and devices of nursery kindergarten “Coliuke”, are reasoned and generalised, which fit to oter strategic documents of education policy. The relation of preschool strategic plan and annual activity program is revealed. The obtained research results are important to strategy development of preschool, the implementation of further perspectives. The research data specify and complement the main activities, intended to be implemented in education documents. They are the following: the renewal of interior and exterior educational surrounding of preschool education institutions, the establishment of new staff, more flexible hours of attendance of kindergartens, the development of service system, the perfection of family conveyance system and others. The conclusions prove the formulated hypothesis, that nursery kindergarten “Coliuke” cherishing the abilities of the child, ensuring the maturity and socialization of the person, lending support and help to the child and family, improving learning organization system, developing material facilities, can become learning, modern preschool education institution. |
