Due to many reasons modern society faces the continual changes, that have a significant impact upon every domain, and the educational activity of pedagogical personnel in preschool institution is not an exception. Obviously, the educational system, it’s structural elements and the institutions of preschool education also have to accomplish the purposes of humanistic psychology and pedagogics. The objective of this work is to evaluate theoretical aspects of the objective of this work and to accomplish a survey of stimulating educational activity. The first section of the work is up for analyzing conceptional assumptions of stimulating educational activity. The methodology of action survey is formed in the second part of this work. The author seeks to evaluate the practical activity of pedagogical personnel in kindergarten in the last part of master thesis. |
