In Master‘s Thesis it is analysed the conception and prevention in the public sector. Firstly, it is viewed the particularity of corruption phenomenon, further it is analysed the fight with corruption juridical regulation in European Union and in other juridical acts, the situation of the national unticorruption politics in Lithuanian public administration sector. Besides, the phenomenon of corruption conception, it is revied the spread of the corruption and the results of the corruption in public sector. Corruption is a harmful phenomenon, therefore it is necessary to fight with it. Therefore, the main attention in the fight with corruption should be paid to corruption prevention. In the Thesis are presented the reasons and conditions for corruption appearance and realization of corruption prevention possibilities in the public sector. Accomplishing the survey of the municipality stuff and expert‘s interview, we were trying to find the possibilities of more effective unticorruption politics. Generalizing the results of the Thesis, more attention should be paid to the unticorruption education. The only way to foight with corruption is bigger publicity and separability, more effective citizen‘s involvement to the problems solution. In this Thesis are given the appropriate recommendations that are suggested to use for improving the realization of the means of the corruption. |
