The essential factors of unsuccessful integration – disabled peoples unsufficient effort and abilitiessocial services, lower earning, healths problems, negative attitude, unsufficient professional preparation and lack of inde-pendence, subjective emocional problems of disabled individuals. • Hypothesis that individuals with movement impairment value their abilities inadequately and their effort to fit into labour market is unsufficient has been confirmed; so one of most significant factors of integration into labour market is disabled peoples atittude towards themself and their abilities.
