This master’s final paper reveals peculiarities and possibilities of public and private partnership (further – PPP). Work includes analysis of PPP conception, contents, forms, success, efficiency factors, potential risks, possibilities and experience of PPP in other countries of the world. After the methodic of survey is formed the point of view to PPP peculiarities and possibilities of private and public sectors representatives is evaluated. The accomplished surveys let author to identify primary problems of PPP in Lithuania and to formulate suggestions for solving these problems. The first hypothesis (primary problem of PPP implementation in Lithuania is lack of activity of public institutions‘ employees) was not confirmed. The second hypothesis was confirmed: public sector employees do not have enough competencies for enforcement, implementation and control pf PPP. |
