In this Master of Science thesis, analytical model was formulated for the linear, elastic stress analysis of two layer, axial loaded tube (bars). Tube made from couple thick, concentric cylinders. Proposed model based on assumption, that length and longitudinal (axial) deformations of bar members are equal. Radial tightness, before loading isn’t equal zero. We also considered the influence of Poisson’s ratio difference between members (contact pressure appears). A constitutive model is proposed to describe the dependence between stress state and mechanical properties, dimensions, external load. Result of proposed model, are compared whit Finite Elements Method results. |
