In the master’s work there is formulated the problem about different fluctuation of wage and labour productivity in Lithuania and other EU countries. There has been analyzed and systematized Lithuanian and foreign authors’ literature about functions, structure of wage and determinants of wage size. Indexes and economical, organizational-technical factors of increase of labour productivity are given too. In this work there has been revealed connection between wage and labour productivity. Labour productivity, minimum and average wage has been analyzed as well. Determinants of wage, such as living standards, number of workforce have been evaluated. There proves a hypothesis formulated by the author that wage directly depends on labour productivity, and, therefore, in growing labour productivity, wage has to increase. |
