Master's thesis is the work force trends and revealed the reasons for their theoretical and practical aspects. The first part discusses the theoretical labor force, employment and unemployment aspects, research of unemployment causes, the manifestation of the loss and forms of appearance. The second part deals with situation of the labor market and the causes in Lithuania during the period of 2002 – 2009 years. Labor force, employment and unemployment in the dynamic changes and their causes are represented in this part as well as determination of change in relationship between labor market data and employed economic activities of the structural differences in the changes. The third section provides indicators of labor market prospects for years 2010 - 2011 of using a statistical trend function. In the end of the work, the conclusions that follow from the studies and proposals to reduce unemployment and increase employment and economic busyness. |
