Master’s work deals with main aspects of strategic management, analyses and systematizes theoretical and legal peculiarities of education, research and business integration performance. In order to disclose integration trends of science, education, and business, external and internal factor, SSGG analysis has been performed. There has been made an empirical researches of the document analysis and expert survey methods in order to carry out the methods of business incubator activities, that promotes education, study and business integration, and the assessment on the extent of Lithuania and the region of Siauliai. The analysis showed that in the education, study and the process of business integration, a public business service infrastructure has been created, which is attributable to various non-profit institutions: information centers set up by local governments , business incubators, regional development agencies and others. However, science, study, and the strategic priorities of business integration has been hampered by the development of physical infrastructure agencies, the focus is based on the strengthening of their technical base. while the services for business are inadequate, specialized services are not expanded enough. also, the objectives of different companies and study institutions and lack of initiative of incubated companies and academic institutions hinders cooperation between them. When the results were summarized, it showed that the main problem is that companies and educational institutions function more integrated than individualy, also there are an insufficient priorities of education and business institutions, purposes, tasks, the adjustment and correcting the means of their realization, as well as the lack of management policy in science and study business integration. |
