The Master‘s thesis studies employment strategy of the disabled, its formation aspects in the activity of Public Establishment “Aksida”. The paper analyses the strategy making process of the establishment seeking to determine the main problems and obstacles in strategy making. The main objective is to find out and ascertain employment strategy problems of the disabled and their determining reasons. The main goals of the thesis were to explore existing employment problems of the disabled and their reasons, employment strategy making and implementing processes, establishing the possibilities of the disabled employment strategy management improvement. Scientific literature analysis, analytical review of statistical information on the studied point were used working on the thesis. An exhaustive study was performed on inner and outer environment of the public establishment. Prognoses and most applicable strategies were chosen for the future of the establishment. The final part of the paper presents conclusions of the research and makes suggestions. |
