Cogeneration is a technologically progressive thermal and electrical production mode. It is especially relevancy in Lithuania, because there is the big production requirement of thermal in Lithuania, there are done the reconstructions of thermal and electrical economy, alternate their juristical regulations, are made the commercial intercourses in Lithuania. There are quote facts of cogeneration power plant of Siauliai: in the general technological cycle by rates of thermal and electrical power made of production by methodical instructions of uptake fuel supply for making electrical power in the cogeneration power plant of Siauliai in my master work. The Master work is about cogeneration in Lithuania, separable reglaments for regulating exploitation of the cogeneration power plants. The Energy Ministry has the big hold for action of this power plant, it prescribes the electrical production quota for each cogeneration power plant, and VKEKK, it dictates the thermal and electrical prices. The biggest economical problem of cogeneration power plant is the input separation for making thermal and electrical power. In this work is practiced cogeneration power plant of Siauliai and alternative thermal hand method. It is noticed, that the alternative thermal hand method would reduce thermal price for users. Investigated the efficiency of the cogeneration power plant of Siauliai prescribed the general efficiency of power plant, the consumption of conditional fuel, the part of economized fuel, comparing with comparable separate of the thermal and electrical production. |
