In this research work the theoretical aspects of various Lithuanian and foreign authors about the conception of the effectiveness are analyzed and systemized. The evaluation principles of the effectiveness of activity and the use methods of relative indicators are presented. The methods and significance of phenomena correlation, forecasting and bankrupt is discussed. The financing, the role of the national roads supervision sector for the state economics and other aspects are disclosed. There was performed the evaluation of VĮ “Telšių regiono keliai” effectiveness of activity and the comparison of the achieved results with the analogous rates of another company of the same economic branch. There were made tables of guiding evaluation levels on the rates of the effectiveness of activity considering the road supervision companies. On the basis of the results there was done a forecast for some of the indicators. In accordance with the results of the research it can be stated that public enterprises supervising the national roads are able to perform their activities effectively while implementing their aims in high quality. There was evaluated the probability of the bankrupt. On the grounds of the data the conclusions and suggestions were formulated. |
