The final master's paper analyses emigration's influence to labor market. Theoretical part introduces theoretical questions of emigration's influence to reveal the conception and classification of process of emigration. Also main factors that influent ones decision to emigrate are pointed out together with their influence to labor market.Analytical part of master's paper shows dynamical and structural retrospective analysis of emigration, comparative analysis of labor market's indexes in Lithuania and countries of emigrational destination. Social economical indexes (GNP per 1 person, minimal and average net annual salary, cost-of-living, expenses of social security per 1 person, average superannuation, inequality of income of population and person's social development) of Lithuania are compared to ones of countries of emigrational destination. |
