In this master’s final paper the investment in human capital and its return was analyzed in private limited company “Arkada”. In conceptual part of the paper the debatable questions of human capital’s conception were considered, the forms of investment in human capital, their main features and the return from the investment displayed for company, their workers and all society were analyzed according to theoretical and practical papers of Lithuanian and foreign authors. In analytical part of this paper the costs of investment in worker’s training, investment in promotion of their wellness and the pendulum migration were calculated and the return of these investments were determined in social and economical aspects. Main trends for improvement are included in the third part of paper. The results got in the course of analysis confirms the author’s stated scientific hypothesis, that investment in human capital displays as positive return to the both: to the company and their workers in social and economical viewpoints. |
