The master's thesis analyzes the public interest in the context of property relations. Attention is paid to the search for the concept of public interest, the subjects of protection of the public interest, the object and the main denominators that allow to distinguish the public interest from the private one. Given the indeterminateness of this category and in order to divulge it, an overview of national case law on the protection of the public interest in property relations is performed. |
