Master's work examines the city of Šiauliai educators personal and professional competence of the importance of project work. The disclosure of personal and professional skills have been analyzed literature. According to scientific sources, the questionnaire was drawn up. The study has shown the personal and the professional competence of the importance of design education organization. The disclosure of personal and professional competence of the importance of the recognition that the most important organization in the preparation of projects in education is the ability to manage the entire operation and achieving the objectives of the use of existing knowledge and skills to successfully implement the project activities. Conducted a comparative analysis of project activities with the personal and professional skills. Discovered their mutual interest in the relationship. The hypothesis of the investigation confirmed. Arranging project gives teachers the most important personal and professional competencies that are needed for projects. |
