Master's work was intended to research the implementation of the principles of Good Governance in Siauliai Municipality, to develop and justify a hypothetical model of the principles of Good Governance implementation in local government. Thesis, using content analysis of documents and expert analyzes, was in detail study and evaluated the implementation of principles of Good Governance in Siauliai Municipality, highlighting problems and providing installation options. It was confirmed hypothesis of the research that the principles of Good Governance are embodied equivalents Lithuanian legal acts,members and administrative staff. |
