Abstract [eng] Behaviour and emotional problems can be stated when the child’s reaction to the rules of asocial group is inadequate to children of the same age and when such behaviour doesn’t change in bringing up and educational process. The importance of the work is the social competence education of children with behaviour and emotional problems because this competence include such abilities as feeling and understanding himself/herself or other people; foresee his/ her intentions, the models of actions or consequences of actions; share experiences, ideas, solve the problems together; be able to take the right decision by participating in common activity; think over his/her mood, conduct intentions; assess and control thoughts, words, actions. Education based on tales is the oldest educational method. Tale therapies are considered to be on of the branches of art therapy which purpose is educational and socialization of a person. The problem of the research work is not evaluated effect on pedagogical tale therapy on children with behaviour and emotional problems and the formation of their social abilities and the formation of the social competence values. The object of the reseach is the education of social competence of children with behaviour and emotional problems. The aim of the reseach is to evaluate the possibilities of pedagogical tale therapy in educating social abilities bringing up the values of social competence of children with behaviour and emotional problems. Our pedagogical experiment proved the hypothesis – pedagogical tale therapy gives an ability to child with behaviour and emotional problems to develop social abilities or understanding the values of social competence in his/her favourable way. It leads to the conclusion that applying the methods of tale therapy we can help children to realize social competence values in order to make corrections in their attitude about themselves their relationship with friends, parents, teachers; make influence on the inner state to decrease hostile and aggressive behaviour, to help those who attach too much importance on themselves or try to dominate and control. A lot of information about changes in children’s personalities we obtained from the tales created by themselves. In the beginning most of the tales created by children had unhappy ending (it shows that the children are emotionally disturbed, disappointed, without any way out of present circumstances, but at the end of our experiment all tales had happy endings or partly the heroe is satisfied with it: there are no feeling of anger or aggression towards others, friendship as the value of life prevails while reading the tails we can obviously full clearer mood of children that is the energetical tale field is created by the language of the tale.
