Abstract [eng] Research problem is formed in order to reveal jazz vocal application educational effects in KVLC clubs‘ activities. Research object – children education by applying jazz vocal. Research hypothesis – in the informal education process, by applying jazz vocal tools, children‘s musical abilities can be effectively improved, performance and self expression can be developed, and learning motivation can be promoted. Research goal – to reveal educational characteristics of jazz vocal application in KCLC music clubs‘ activities . Research objectives: to analyze academic, methodic literature about children‘s vocal education; reveal specifics of jazz singing; perform students‘ attitude towards activities performed in KCLC musical studies research; highlight jazz vocal application educational characteristics in KCLC musical studies. Research methods: 1) theoretical analysis of academic literature, educational documentation analysis; 2) survey type research; 3) quantitative research data analysis using descriptive statistics, according to SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences, 17) computer software descriptive statistics package. Research included KCLC (Klaipeda children leisure centre) musical studies‘ participants of clubs „Saulutė“ „Žuvėdra“, „Želmenėlis“, „Liepsnelė“, „Draugystė“, „Švyturys“ (N=83). Conclusion. Informal education institutions strive to educate a wide-minded, active, initiative member of society, diversely educated human being, able to realize him/her self in cultural activities. In forming the students’ foundations of correct singing, it is important to accurate form the voice control apparatus, to teach them correct management of breathing, sound, to coordinate the registers. Jazz vocal application in KCLC musical studies provides the educational process with creativity, freedom, and choice context.
