The Master‘s thesis, having summarized scientific literature on the formation and distribution of financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises, carries out the economic analysis of the formation and distribution of financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises of Tauragė district, and it presents the possibilities for improvement of formation and distribution of financial resources. The conceptual part of the thesis systemizes and summarizes scientific literature on the formation and distribution of financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises, it describes the factors that make impact on the formation and distribution of financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises. The empirical part of the thesis carries out the economic analysis of the formation and distribution of financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises of Tauragė district, emphasizing key problems. The constructive part of the thesis presents the means for the improvement of the formation and distribution of financial resources of small and medium-sized enterprises of Tauragė district, it forms the scheme for the assessment process of the formation and distribution of financial resources. The results of the thesis may help small and medium-sized enterprises to manage successfully their financial resources and induce them to carry out properly the economic analysis of the formation and distribution of financial resources. |
