The aim of the work: To analyze the principles of human resources in the organizations, to choose suitable E-technologies, to create „E-system of human resources management“. After analysing the principles of human resources management in the organisations, functional requirements for created E-system were established. For that purpose three groups of technologies were analysed in the work: –Systems of contemporary information management. –E-teaching technologies –Testing technologies. The model of human resources management, which consists of 3 sub-systems, was created: – the sub-system of information management is intended for the management of information about staff and documentation; – The sub-system of E-teaching is intended for staff teaching and improvement; – The sub-system of testing is intended for staff selection and evaluation of activity. Chosen and created tools allowed realizing the requirements, raised for a system. |
