The management of Siauliai City Municipality real estate (habitable and commercial buildings) is analyzed in the Master’s work. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the problems and their reasons of the management of Siauliai City Municipality real estate. The work was targeted at realizing the main disadvantages of the management of Municipalities real estate and their reasons. The research was carried out in the department of Property of Siauliai City Municipality applying the method of interview. During the research it was found out that the disadvantages of the management of Municipalities real estate, which were described in the theoretical part of the work, are common to the above-mentioned institution. After the analysis of the research results, it can be stated that the hypothesis, which at the beginning of the work suggested that the main problems of the management of the real estate faced by Siauliai City municipality are influenced by the disadvantages of the legislative context of the Republic of Lithuania, was confirmed. However, during the research more factors influencing this situation were found out. |
