The relevance of the research. The choice of the topic of the work was determined by the fact that the influence of culture of Lithuanian schools on the quality of performance is the subject that was hardly studied. Positive culture of educational institutions is an important assumption of teaching results and effectiveness of performance, determining the implementation of general quality management in the organization.The object of the research – the ties of Šiauliai X school’s organization’s culture and the quality of its performance.The aim of the research – to analyze the influence of the school’s culture on the quality of its performance.The methods of the research. The research was carried out applying theoretical and empirical research methods: analysis of scientific literature, created research techniques, analysis of the influence of X school’s culture on the quality of its performance. |
