Education Reform Implementation stage changing school organization. Collaboration is becoming a significant factor that determines the success of the work of education institutions, teachers are members of the community skills, encourage educational institutions to improve. Cooperation pedagogical work must occupy an important place. Impossible without the cooperation of any pedagogical work of the school than outside. The object of investigation - the cultural development of schools of general education teachers' community. The aim of the study - theoretically and empirically based on the cultural strategy for the development of schools of general education teachers' community. Survey was applied 2 methods: a written questionnaire survey and interviews. The quantitative study surveyed primary schools teachers. Qualitative testing was used in the interview. Using a standardized survey interviews were interviewed school leaders The study surveyed 234 teachers of primary schools and 8 elementary schools leaders. The study was carried out in Panevėžys County: Panevėžys, Pasvalys, Biržai, and Kupiškis major schools. The analysis of survey results showed that both the leaders and teachers have the educational cooperation between the community as an important factor that determines the quality of the activities of all organizations. The results suggest that the relationship between the teacher is not based on trust and support. Leaders, the teachers cooperate hinder their mistrust, apathy, lack of effort, lack of time, competition. The study showed that the majority of the managers promote trust among employees. The leaders are trying to develop a comprehensive relationship of trust, which enables the quality of cooperation. Research has raised the hypothesis is partly confirmed, because the study shows that there is the recognition of equivalence, the possibility of an agreement, the adoption of joint decisions, and switching to the common activities, but the full investigation thus hinder the hypothesis that the relationship between the teacher is not based on trust and support. |
