The objective of the present MA Paper is to reveal the features of inter-institutional cooperation facing the pre-school children of special educational needs. Besides, it is aimed to assess the need for inter-institutional cooperation and the purpose while satisfying pre-school age children of special educational needs and, finally, to analyze the most frequently used forms of inter-institutional cooperation in pre-school. According to the raised hypothesis, it is probable that the help for pre-school children of special needs is purposefully provided on the basis of cooperation among social institutions. In order to prove the hypothesis, the questionnaire survey method was conducted. The study included 204 child welfare committee members who implement pre-primary education programs of institutions - teachers, special education specialists, nurses, administrators, social workers and other people who notice and solve the social and educational problems of children with special educational needs. Questionnaire data analysis was carried out using SPSS. |
