At the master's work dealt Child care homes of Gruziai, Pasvalys district, operational improvement opportunities in collaboration with environment. At the work disclosed social partnership principle, expression: the theoretical aspects analyze of home care children living the situation in today's Lithuania, distinguishes child care homes action plan implementation problematic aspect, benefit of social partnership improving to action plan for child care homes. The main research method – survey interpretation: quality reference interview. Qualitative interview questionnaire. In survey involved 12 the social partners of child care homes of Gruziai. For examination data used in the content analysis method, data exemination with a logicao interpretation – by inductively. Polls results allowed to set in the action plan of child care homes of Gruziai social partnership to strength and weaknesses. Moreover hypothetical premises of the research were confirmed only partly child care homes of Gruziai have the social partners, but cooperation with them, improvement activities isn't always high quality, valued advantageously. Social partner of care homes opinion approved second hypothetical assumption that they collaborate with each other only for child care homes.
